Step 1 – Consultation

We are not here to sell you any unnecessary elements which will not benefit the project. Our focus is purely to deliver you with the finished product that you imagined at the start of the journey.

Step 2 – Design

Adaptec Construction has a fully qualified surveyor in-house who has many contacts within the industry such as Architects, planners etc. So our clients are assured that your team who designs and develops your project into life will work to the highest standard.

At this stage, its important that we listen to you and fully understand what you desire from the finished product. Time will be taken to ensure we see what you see when you envision your renovation, conversion or extension.

Step 3 – Delivery

Adaptec Construction through its long list of established suppliers will offer you the most competitive rates on materials, fixtures and fittings. This buying power allows us to pass the savings onto you so that you get the very best quality finish and the very best market rates.

We will procure and deliver all the elements necessary to ensure a swift, on schedule and budget hitting project.

Step 4 – On-site

Step 5 – Aftercare

Adaptec Construction runs an aftercare management service. We understand that once a project is completed on-site that is not necessarily the end of the instruction. We have been built on superior customer service and our aftercare department is here to help you with any inquiry, big or small once we are off site.
