The Adaptec Group now provides services through multiple departments which all have the depth of knowledge and expertise to deliver a first class offering with the focus on client satisfaction. Our primary goal is to serve you our customers, with a level of commitment, professionalism and above all integrity, which ensures all projects meet the expectations of all stakeholders involved. Our projects range from local authority work to include disabled facility grants, level access showers to a residential grand design extension. We also service the private domestic customer with their requirements for high-end adapted bathrooms and kitchens.

The Adaptec Group has 4 divisions:
Adaptec Construction – Our construction department is our largest division and serves a wide variety of clients from domestic residential clients through to national housing associations.
Adaptec Mobility – This department serves most local authorities and home improvement agencies across the South East of England and provides adaptation services which are covered by the Disabled Facility Grant (DFG).
Adaptec Lifestyle – A division which serves the domestic customer looking to upgrade their bathroom and kitchen with a sympathetic design to future proof the room. This departments ethos is to provide suitable solutions for elderly or less able customers looking to ensure their bathrooms and kitchens are practical but provide a superior finish.
Adaptec Retail – The Adaptec Group due to its enormous buying power has developed a solution that allows you to purchase bathroom fixtures and fittings at incredible rates. This is Adaptec Retail, a one stop online retail shop offering products for the elderly and less abled customer.
Adaptec Lifestyle – We fully understand that certain clients, who although require a modified bathroom or kitchen, do not necessarily wish for the room to look clinical. This is why we have our Lifestyle department. It allows you to enjoy a quality, high finish bathroom and kitchen with all the required aids to use it safely now and into the future.
