The simple answer is yes regardless of what is or isn’t there currently. A towel rail can either be an independent electric rail or indeed run off the existing heating system in use.
Question that needs to be asked – does your existing bathroom have some form of heating currently? If so, what type? Radiator (electric or mains fed) blow heater or even old towel rail (electric or mains fed). Once you’ve identified what is there you need to choose the desired towel rail and make sure it will fit, taking consideration for the rest of your new bathroom suite.
If your bathroom can house a towel rail around your new suite you can have a towel rail.
